Shrimp Rice Pilaf

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook garlic until tender and fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute.
  • 2 add shrimp and mix well; stir in rice.
