Shrimp Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; cook garlic until tender and fragrant but not browned, about 1 minute.
- 2 add shrimp and mix well; stir in rice.
