Dijon Shrimp

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 3 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3/4 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 5 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chives, snipped

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  • 2 add shrimp and saute 1 minute.
  • 3 remove shrimp to a dish.
  • 4 add sherry to skillet and simmer 30 seconds.
  • 5 add mustard and cream and mix well.
  • 6 return shrimp to skillet for 1 minute.
  • 7 add pepper to taste.
  • 8 garnish with chives on top.
