Ingredients

- 2 cups shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups crushed canned tomatoes
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute the onion, garlic and green pepper in the butter.
- 2 add the shrimp, salt and pepper.
- 3 stir in the tomato.
- 4 add the cooked rice.
- 5 place in the casserole dish and bake at 375 for 35 minute.
