Ingredients

- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 14 1/2 ounces tomatoes seasoned with basil garlic & oregano, undrained
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- hot cooked fettuccine pasta
Recipe
- 1 sauté shrimp and garlic in olive oil until shrimp are pink.
- 2 stir in tomatoes, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3 blend in cream and green onions, heat through.
- 4 do not boil.
- 5 serve over hot cooked pasta.
