Ingredients
- 12 ounces cottage cheese (1 1/2 cup)
- 1 teaspoon dry dill dip mix (1/2 envelope)
- 1 tablespoon finely diced pimiento
- 1 tablespoon snipped parsley
- cooked shrimp, chilled
Recipe
- 1 beat together with electric mixer cottage cheese and dill dip mix. stir in pimiento and parsley.
- 2 serve chilled, cooked shrimp.
