Shrimp Scampi Skewers

Ingredients

- 1 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails on
- 4 green onions, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, halved and sliced
- 20 sprays i can't believe it's not butter!â® spray original
Recipe
- 1 combine shrimp, onions, lemon juice and garlic in medium bowl. cover and marinate 10 minutes.
- 2 alternately thread shrimp, onions and lemon slices on skewers*. grill or broil, turning once and spraying with 10 sprays i can't believe it's not butter! spray original, 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
- 3 just before serving, spray with remaining 10 sprays.
