Ooey Gooey Shrimp And Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • 3 transfer to a glass baking dish.
  • 4 bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
