Shrimp Vermicelli Salad
Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1 pound vermicelli pasta
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste

Ready Time: 30 mins
- bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- toss cooled pasta with cooked shrimp, celery, parsley, garlic, thyme, mayonnaise, parmesan, salt and pepper. chill before serving.
