tempura dipping sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon dashi granules
  • 1/4 cup mirin (japanese sweet )
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe

    Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • in a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. stir in dashi, and cook for 2 minutes. remove from heat, and stir in mirin and soy sauce.
