Ginger Sesame Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

- 2 lbs jumbo shrimp
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 whisk together ginger, garlic, oil, and soy sauce.
- 2 pour mixture into a large zip top bag. add shrimp and toss to coat. marinate shrimp no longer than 15-20 mintues.
- 3 while shrimp is marinating, preheat grill to medium high heat.
- 4 coat grill grid or grill wok with cooking spray.
- 5 place shrimp on grill grill and discard unused marinade.
- 6 cook shrimp several minutes on each side or until pink. do not overcook.
