Ginger Sesame Grilled Shrimp

Total Time: 26 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs jumbo shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • cooking spray

Recipe

  • 1 whisk together ginger, garlic, oil, and soy sauce.
  • 2 pour mixture into a large zip top bag. add shrimp and toss to coat. marinate shrimp no longer than 15-20 mintues.
  • 3 while shrimp is marinating, preheat grill to medium high heat.
  • 4 coat grill grid or grill wok with cooking spray.
  • 5 place shrimp on grill grill and discard unused marinade.
  • 6 cook shrimp several minutes on each side or until pink. do not overcook.
