My Grandma's Famous Shrimp Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans baby shrimp (tuna isle)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped very small)
  • 1/2 celery (very fine)
  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope knox clear unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (11 ounce) can tomato soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ritz cracker

Recipe

  • 1 heat tomato soup in pot med-low heat.
  • 2 add block of cream cheese into pot with soup.
  • 3 melt cream cheese completely.
  • 4 gradually pour in gelatin packet, slowly.
  • 5 take off heat after dissolved.
  • 6 add mayonnaise, chopped onion, celery, and shrimp.
  • 7 put in mold or bowl,cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • 8 garnish with parsley and crackers.
