- 25 g chilies
- 20 g spring onions
- 10 g garlic
- salt and pepper

- 1 clean and devein prawns.
- 2 chop garlic, chillies and spring onions. mix well.
- 3 marinade prawns with this mixture. season with salt and pepper.
- 4 grill prawns until cooked.
