Grilled Macanese Prawns

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g tiger shrimp
  • 25 g chilies
  • 20 g spring onions
  • 10 g garlic
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 clean and devein prawns.
  • 2 chop garlic, chillies and spring onions. mix well.
  • 3 marinade prawns with this mixture. season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 grill prawns until cooked.
