Pea Pod Wrap-ups

Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled (large about 35)
- 1 cup sesame ginger salad dressing
- 6 ounces fresh snow pea pods (about 35)
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 place shrimp in medium bowl.
- 2 pour dressing evenly over shrimp; stir to coat.
- 3 cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
- 4 meanwhile, remove stem and strings from pea pods.
- 5 to partially cook pea pods, place in boiling water about 1 minute or until pea pods turn bright green.
- 6 drain; rinse with cold water and dry with paper towels.
- 7 drain dressing from shrimp.
- 8 wrap 1 pea pod around each shrimp; secure with toothpick.
- 9 cover; refrigerate until serving time.
