Shrimp Palermo

Ingredients

- 12 large shrimp
- 2 hot italian sausage
- 2 ounces clarified butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon diced shallot
- 3 ounces wine chablis
- 1 tablespoon seasame seed tahini (paste)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon dry oregano
- 1 teaspoon dry basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 lb cooked linguine
Recipe
- 1 peel and devein shrimp.
- 2 cook sausage in oven 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 3 cut sausage into 1/2 in slices.
- 4 saute shrimp and sausage in clarified butter.
- 5 when allmost done add garlic.shallots,wine,tahini,seasame seeds,basil,oregano,crushed red peppers,tabasco,salt diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.
- 6 simmer for 5 minutes
- 7 serve over linguine
