Ingredients

- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cooked shrimp, deveined
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons catsup
- salt and pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a skillet.
- 2 add onions and garlic and cook until tender.
- 3 combine soup, sour cream, catsup, salt, and pepper; stir into onion mixture.
- 4 add mushrooms and shrimp; heat slowly.
- 5 serve over rice.
