Shrimp Orleans

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked shrimp, deveined
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons catsup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a skillet.
  • 2 add onions and garlic and cook until tender.
  • 3 combine soup, sour cream, catsup, salt, and pepper; stir into onion mixture.
  • 4 add mushrooms and shrimp; heat slowly.
  • 5 serve over rice.
