Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups shrimp, cooked, cooled and sliced in half horizontally
- 1 (20 ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup guacamole
Recipe
- 1 place dollop of guacamole on tortilla chip, top with slice of shrimp and salsa.
- 2 serve immediately.
- 3 note: using the "scoops" type of tortilla chip works best.
