Shrimp Bilbaina

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, mashed
  • 2 chili peppers, crushed and minced
  • 12 large shrimp, shelled

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a casserole dish along with the garlic and the hot peppers until the oil is smoking.
  • 2 immediately put in the shrimp, cover and serve at once, as the shrimp cook very quickly.
