Ramen Noodle Salad

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 (3 ounce) packages ramen noodles (minus the season packets.)
  • 1/4 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup oriental-style vegetables
  • 1/2 cup frozen baby shrimp
  • 1/2 cup italian dressing

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles in water until almost done (3 mins).
  • 2 cook corn and vegys in 1/2 cup water in microwave for 3 minutes.
  • 3 put frozen shrimp in colander in sink.
  • 4 pour cooked noodles and cooked vegys over frozen shrimp.
  • 5 with two butter knifes cut noodle to disire length.
  • 6 cool under cold running water and drain.
  • 7 put drained noodle mixture in salad bowl.
  • 8 add italian dressing and mix.
  • 9 this can be served right away.
