Martin And Joy Schlessinger’s Bar-b-qued Shrimp

Total Time: 41 mins Preparation Time: 16 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 -3 lb shrimp, shell-on
  • 2 -4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 -4 tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter, cold

Recipe

  • 1 ***as stated, all measurements are a guess. read further for instructions.
  • 2 place enough shell-on shrimp in a large baking dish to cover bottom.
  • 3 drizzle oil onto shrimp.
  • 4 pepper shrimp until black, and then add some more pepper.
  • 5 add “lotsâ€? of salt, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco (i’m not kidding, that’s what the recipe says).
  • 6 cut up butter, and dot surface of shrimp.
  • 7 bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
  • 8 serve with newspaper covering table, and lots of napkins.
  • 9 great with cold beer and salad, and french bread to sop up the juices!
  • 10 enjoy!
