Martin And Joy Schlessinger’s Bar-b-qued Shrimp

Ingredients

- 1 -3 lb shrimp, shell-on
- 2 -4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- pepper
- salt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 -4 tablespoons tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cup butter, cold
Recipe
- 1 ***as stated, all measurements are a guess. read further for instructions.
- 2 place enough shell-on shrimp in a large baking dish to cover bottom.
- 3 drizzle oil onto shrimp.
- 4 pepper shrimp until black, and then add some more pepper.
- 5 add “lots� of salt, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco (i’m not kidding, that’s what the recipe says).
- 6 cut up butter, and dot surface of shrimp.
- 7 bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
- 8 serve with newspaper covering table, and lots of napkins.
- 9 great with cold beer and salad, and french bread to sop up the juices!
