Seafood Lasagna

Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 -8 oz.pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 -10 oz.cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup wine (or grape juice)
- 1 -5 oz.can crab
- 2 (5 ounce) cans shrimp
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 cook noodles , drain and set aside.
- 2 spray a 9 x 13" pan.set aside.
- 3 cook onions in a lightly sprayed frying pan for approximately 2 minutes.
- 4 add cream cheese, cottage cheese,egg, basil, salt and pepper.set this mixture aside --
- 5 in another bowl mix soup,milk,wine,shrimp and crab.
- 6 to assemble:.
- 7 place 3 noodles in the prepared pan.
- 8 spread 1/2 of the onion mixture over top.
- 9 spread 1/2 of the soup and seafood mixture over the onion mix.
- 10 repeat with 3 noodles,,onions and soup with seafood.
- 11 top with remaining 3 noodles.sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- 12 top with cheddar and mozerella cheeses and put under broiler for 5-10 minutes.
