Seafood Lasagna

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 -8 oz.pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups 1% cottage cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 -10 oz.cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup wine (or grape juice)
  • 1 -5 oz.can crab
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans shrimp
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 cook noodles , drain and set aside.
  • 2 spray a 9 x 13" pan.set aside.
  • 3 cook onions in a lightly sprayed frying pan for approximately 2 minutes.
  • 4 add cream cheese, cottage cheese,egg, basil, salt and pepper.set this mixture aside --
  • 5 in another bowl mix soup,milk,wine,shrimp and crab.
  • 6 to assemble:.
  • 7 place 3 noodles in the prepared pan.
  • 8 spread 1/2 of the onion mixture over top.
  • 9 spread 1/2 of the soup and seafood mixture over the onion mix.
  • 10 repeat with 3 noodles,,onions and soup with seafood.
  • 11 top with remaining 3 noodles.sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • 12 top with cheddar and mozerella cheeses and put under broiler for 5-10 minutes.
