Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 lb mushroom, sliced
- 2 chili peppers, seeds & membranes removed,chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic pepper seasoning
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 box linguine
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat 2 tsp olive oil in skillet, add chile peppers and cook over medium heat for 4- 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 2 add mushrooms and shrimp, and season with garlic pepper.
- 3 continue cooking until shrimp is no longer pink.
- 4 meanwhile, cook linguine according to package directions.
- 5 add the tomatoes, heavy cream and salt to mixture in skillet, and cook until it thickens slightly, 4-5 minutes.
- 6 drain linguine.
- 7 serve shrimp mixture over pasta, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
