Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh haddock
- 10 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 2 cans cream of shrimp soup
Recipe
- 1 slice fish in half and place on baking dish.
- 2 cover w/ sweet onion and cheese.
- 3 top w/ rest of fish.
- 4 pour condensed soup over fish.
- 5 bake 325 f for 30 minutes or until haddock is flakey.
