Italian Shrimp With Lemon Basil Garlic Sauce

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb shrimp (deveined with tail)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup butter (you can use olive oil instead)
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter on sauté pan until it sizzles a little.
  • 2 put raw shrimp on the pan, cook until pink and not see through.
  • 3 add lemon juice.
  • 4 add chopped basil garlic and capers, stir in with shrimp.
  • 5 turn down heat.
  • 6 serve.
  • 7 enjoy!
